Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter the "Terms") govern access to and use of the ProfilUp service, available at https://profilup.co, as well as all associated features and content (hereinafter the "Service").

By accessing the Service, you accept these Terms without reservation. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Service.

ProfilUp is an AI-powered LinkedIn profile optimization tool. It allows users to:

• Analyze and score their LinkedIn profile against documented algorithmic criteria
• Get an AI rewrite of their headline, summary, and work experience
• Generate personalized cover letters
• Assess how well their profile matches job postings (ATS score)

Access to certain Service features requires creating a user account. Registration and sign-in are available via:

• Google OAuth (sign-in via your Google account)
• Magic link sent by email (no password required)

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity carried out from your account. In the event of unauthorized use, you must contact us immediately at contact@profilup.co. A LinkedIn OAuth connection is also offered from your dashboard, but only to link your LinkedIn profile to the Service — it does not open a session.

ProfilUp offers several plans:

• Discovery (free) — full analysis, visibility score, preview of the optimized headline, no credit card required.
• Boost (one-time payment, €4.90) — 1 full rewrite + 15 cover letters + extended Job Radar and email alerts, no subscription.
• Pro (monthly subscription, €14.90) — unlimited optimizations and letters, spontaneous applications, interview preparation, post generator, unlimited application tracking, cancel anytime.

Payments are processed by Stripe Inc., a third-party payment provider. ProfilUp does not store any banking data. Prices are shown inclusive of tax. Any period that has begun is due in full.

For the Pro plan, the subscription automatically renews each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard — your access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied immediately after purchase and whose performance has begun with your express consent.

However, in the event of dissatisfaction, we offer a refund within 7 days of purchase upon simple request to contact@profilup.co, with no justification required.

All elements making up the Service (source code, interface, text, graphics, scoring algorithms) are the exclusive property of ProfilUp and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Content generated by the AI from your data belongs to you. You grant ProfilUp a non-exclusive license, limited to improving the Service.

ProfilUp strives to provide a quality service but does not guarantee specific results (number of recruiter contacts, obtaining a position, etc.). The optimization offered is based on documented criteria of the LinkedIn algorithm, which may change over time.

ProfilUp shall not be held liable for any indirect damage, data loss, service interruption, or harm resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

ProfilUp reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access in the event of a breach of these Terms, without notice or refund, particularly in cases of fraudulent use, attempts to circumvent the payment system, or abusive use of AI resources.

You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us. Deletion results in the permanent removal of your data within 30 days.

ProfilUp reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified by email or by a notification on the Service at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
