How Job Radar works
Job Radar continuously scans Adzuna, JSearch, and about thirty other job sources, then compares every listing against your profile so only the ones that actually matter surface.
- 1You run a scan: Job Radar queries job sources based on your criteria (role, location, remote work).
- 2A first keyword filter removes irrelevant listings without spending any AI budget.
- 3The AI scores the most promising listings against your profile (up to 3, 10, or 15 per scan depending on your plan): positioning, strengths, gaps.
- 4A "seen" filter avoids showing listings already surfaced in a previous scan, so every run brings new content.
Example: for a "B2B SaaS Product Manager" profile, Job Radar surfaces a listing whose title doesn't contain "Product Manager" but matches the profile's actual skills and experience — a listing a plain keyword search would have missed.
Frequently asked questions
How many listings can I see for free?
The Free plan shows up to 30 listings per scan, with 3 AI-scored listings per scan and 10 AI analyses per month. Boost and Pro show 50 listings and score 10 and 15 per scan respectively.
Does Job Radar replace a manual job search?
It complements it: Job Radar scans dozens of sources at once and ranks by relevance, but nothing stops you from also searching manually.
How does the AI scoring work?
The AI compares the listing's actual content (duties, required skills, seniority) against your profile, beyond simple keyword matching — that's what lets it surface relevant listings with a different job title than yours.
Can I get automatic alerts?
Yes, with the Boost and Pro plans: email alerts send a summary of new listings matching your criteria without needing to run a manual scan.
